We create the sketch using the two faces or bodies in the photograph and don't include any background. Be careful when choosing the photograph we draw - We need to be able to see plenty of detail in order to create the best illustration possible for you.
Can I check what you’ve drawn?
Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order.

All orders are tracked using Australia Post, so you will receive confirmation emails once your order has been placed, fulfilled and also dispatched.

International order will be processed and shipped using Australia Post or DHL, you will receive all of your confirmation notifications once your order has been placed, fulfilled and also dispatched.
Due to COVID-19 all international shipping couriers have added extra surcharges on top of the normal international shipping pricing which unfortunately effects the amount we can afford to cover.
As a result we aren't able to offer international shipping for free just yet.
We do apologise for this frustrating inconvenience and will continue to try our best to be in a position which we can offer you cheaper if not free shipping in the near future.
