Illustration - Each illustration is hand-designed by our in-house artists so please allow up to 1-2 working days for the completion of your personalized illustration.

Production - Printing and constructing your special canvas is hand-made and will add another 2-3 business days.

Shipping - Please expect your order to be delivered between 4-7 business days anywhere in Australia... For FREE!

✅ Can I check what you’ve drawn?

Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we put the canvas into production.

All orders are tracked using Australia Post, so you will receive confirmation emails once your order has been placed, fulfilled and also dispatched.

If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us ASAP.

We aim to have your order fulfilled and on its way to you in 24 or under.

International Standard Shipping: $10

✅ Please allow 7-10 Business Days.

International order will be processed and shipped using Australia Post or DHL, you will receive all of your confirmation notifications once your order has been placed, fulfilled and also dispatched.

Due to COVID-19 all international shipping couriers have added extra surcharges on top of the normal international shipping pricing which unfortunately effects the amount we can afford to cover.

As a result we aren't able to offer international shipping for free just yet.

We do apologise for this frustrating inconvenience and will continue to try our best to be in a position which we can offer you cheaper if not free shipping in the near future.
